When hosting a dinner or gathering sometimes just a simple bowl of sliced berries can be the perfect dessert. In a bowl on their own or you can make different sauces to accompany them. Chocolate fudge sauce, white hot chocolate sauce or a caramel sauce. This is also a great dessert to have when some of your guests are eating Keto or watching their carbohydrates. Strawberries, black berries and blueberries are lower on the glycemic index than other fruit.
