Crazy Full Body Workout

DO you want to take your fitness level UP, TODAY? This workout is a crazy full body workout that gets its name “crazy” because the Rounds required are a little more effort than we usually do.

4 Rounds of all the exercises are in this transformative workout. Challenging your body needs to happen every so often do the fact that, your body adapts quickly to routine. By implementing a challenging workouts every so often you prevent plateauing, you spark some gains in muscle, prevent injury, and boost your metabolism.

The mental challenge of a more difficult workout is beneficial as well. Mixing up your workouts prevents workouts from becoming stale or boring. The sense of achievement after powering through a tough workout can be a huge motivator.

Equipment

YoGorilla Mat//Dumbbells//bench or Step

The Workout

4 Rounds. Each Round has 4 Super sets. Super Sets are 2 exercises done back to back without taking break until the second exercise is complete.

In the first Round use comfortable weights if you are able to execute the exercise well, in the next Round, go up in weight size. If you are not able to execute the exercise with good form go back down in weight.

  • Lateral (full)Step Up x8
  • Reverse Lunge-Row x8
  • Work each leg then take a break for 30-60 seconds
  • Plank (HOLD) 30seconds
  • Shoulder Tap-Push-up x8
  • Take a break 30-60 seconds
  • Pulse Squat x20
  • Jump Squat (no weight) x20
  • Take a break 30-60 seconds
  • Skull Crushers x10
  • Overhead Tricep Press x10
  • Take a break 30-60 seconds

Remember to hydrate during your workouts and after your workouts to ensure quality performance out of your body. A harder workout every so often is crucial to continued progress, injury prevention, and maintaining enthusiasm for working out.
