Popovers are illustriously finicky. Most recipes require room temperature ingredients, exacting oven temperatures, fastidious pan prep including preheating, etc. This interesting approach to popovers from food.com is beyond easy and produces excellent results (albeit getting a bit browner from traditional recipes). Give it a try some weekend morning or, better yet, do your own cook off of this and our traditional popover recipe so you can determine your favorite.
