This upper body workout combines not only upper body exercises but compound exercises that utilize your stabilizing muscles as well. Execute these exercises slowly as if you are going through water.
5 Rounds of all 4 exercises
*Burpees with weights x15
*Chest Press (Single right arm/Single left arm~both arms together) x15
*Rocket Shoulder Press (right arm x15/left arm x15)
*Renegade Row (on the tops of your knees) x15
