Upper Body Resistance Workout

Do you want to improve your posture? Do you want to increase your muscle strength and tone your upper body? Here you go!! This upper body workout is going to do just that for YOU.

Incorporating upper body resistance workouts can lead to more balanced physique and improved overall health.

Upper body resistance training helps build and strengthen muscles in the chest, back, shoulders and arms. This not only enhances overall muscle tone but also improves functional strength, making everyday tasks like lifting, pushing, and pulling easier.

Equipment:

Yo Gorilla mat/ Dumbbells

The Workout:

3 Rounds of all 4 exercises taking a break after the 4th exercise.

  • Plank Rows x10
  • Reverse Grip Rows x10
  • SA (single arm) Bicep Curls x10 each arm
  • SA Tricep Kickbacks x10 each arm

Start the workout with your lowest weights and with each Round go up in weight if your form is solid and you aren’t incorporating your lower back in any way to lift the weight. Good form is a must to any improvement.
