10 Minute Ab Workout

This workout is perfect for when you are traveling or can’t get to the gym. It is achievable even on your really busy days. It also makes getting your 3 ab workouts a week attainable. If you finish all of this workout you end up doing 200 sit ups!!

2 Rounds of all 4 Exercises with a 20 sec break after the first Round.

  • Full Body Crunch x25
  • Frog Reverse Crunch x25
  • Diagonal Knee Crunch x25
  • Weighted Full Body Crunch x25

10 minute abs is practical starting goal for many people to maintain good long-term health through exercise.
