3 Reasons to Incorporate Cardio into Your Workout Routine

Doing 3 days a week of cardio is game changer for Your health and well-being. Here are 3 powerful reasons to get going!!

Here are my recommendations for duration and types of cardio to do//

1️⃣Brisk Walk or Run

30-40 minutes or 1 hour steady pace or try intervals for extra challenge

2️⃣Cycling

30-40 minutes ride outside or on a stationary bike. Add 1 minute sprints for an extra challenge

3️⃣Swimming

Swim laps or do water aerobics for 20-45 minutes

4️⃣Elliptical Trainer

30 minutes to 1 hour. Its low-impact on the legs-high calorie burn-perfect for all fitness levels

5️⃣Rowing machine

30 minutes. Burn calories and strengthen your upper body

6️⃣Jump Rope

15-20 minutes or break it up into intervals. Fun high intensity workout that torches calories

Mix and match these options to keep your workout fresh and keep your body guessing what type of exercise is coming next. Remember “Perfectly Imperfect” being consistent is the key not being perfect. If you can only get 15 minutes in of a cardio workout that is better than nothing at all.
