30 Minute Garage Workout

Many people set up workout space in their garage because it can be dedicated space separate from the living areas. Often the area in the garage is equip with simple equipment and not much space. “Garage workouts” is shorthand for training at home-no frills exercises. The term implies convenient, usually accessible, without scheduling gym time or a gym membership. Think practical and efficient workout.

These workouts are designed to build strength, endurance, and mobility while keeping the vibe tough and approachable.

The Workout:

3 Rounds of all 6 exercises. The reps are high so scale your weights accordingly. If you normally do x10 reps of chest press with 15lb dumbbells use 10lbs or 8lbs in this workout.

  1. DB (dumbbell) Chest Press x25
  2. DB Plank Rows x20
  3. Push-Ups x25
  4. DB Goblet Squat x25
  5. Squat Jumps x25
  6. DB Reverse Lunges-Shoulder Press x20 (alternating each side)

If you can only get through 1 Round because of difficultly or time, don’t worry try the workout again and aim for 2 Rounds and finally be able hit to 3 Rounds.
