4 x 4 Full Body WORKOUT

Here we go EVERYONE!! 4 x 4 Full Body Workout.

This workout includes 4 exercises done back to back (it’s called a Giant set) take a break after the 4th exercise is complete.

Execute each exercise for 1 minute.

There are 4 Rounds of all 4 exercises.

The 4 x 4 workouts are time efficient so YOU can fit these workouts into YOUR day with ease. YOUR metabolism remains elevated for hours after this workout, meaning YOU continue to burn calories long after the workout, which can help YOU with YOUR weight loss goals.

If you stay on track YOU should be able to complete this workout in 20 minutes. 20 minutes in the grand scheme of the day isn’t a lot of time and the more YOU do these 4 x 4 workouts the more motivated YOU will become to do more.

4 x 4 FULL BODY WORKOUT

4 exercises (1 minute execution for each exercise/4 Rounds of all 4 exercises)

  • Man Makers (Burpee-to a Squat Bicep curl-to a shoulder press)
  • Shoulder Press Hold Step-Ups (right leg)
  • Shoulder Press Hold Step-Ups (left leg)
  • SSD (Single/Single/Double Bicep Curl)
  • Tricep Dips

Use the timer on your phone or clock to keep track of the minute marker. Take a break after the 4th exercise is finished. Keep yourself hydrated after each Round take sips of water, it will help you get through the next Round.
