When I design any workout I keep in mind the whole body. This workout is an arm workout but to maximize your muscle engagement I have added 1 compound exercise at the beginning of the workout to warm up the entire body and ensure balance within the workout.

Yo Gorilla Mat/ Dumbbells/ Bench
The Workout:
3 Rounds of all 4 exercises done back to back with a break after the 4th exercise. This kind of workout is called giant set 3 or more exercises done back to back with a break at the end of the last exercise.
- Slow Push-Up x10
- Bicep Hammer Curl x10
- Plank Row x10
- Seated Overhead Tricep Press x10
Start with your medium weights and move up in weight with each Round. If your form is being compromised by heavier weight go down in weight size and continue the exercise. NEVER COMPROMISE FORM.
