This recipe could not be easier. The marinade is even easy. I got the idea from the Pioneer woman cookbook but I changed so much I'm calling it my recipe now.
Ingredients
- 6 bone-in/skin-on organic chicken thighs
- 1 pound green beans
- 1-2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 lemon juiced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°
- In a large bowl place all six, rinsed, chicken thighs in and add olive oil, lemon juice, teriyaki sauce, basil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper and let side for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse the cherry tomatoes and green beans and set aside. As the oven is heating up place the sheet pan in the oven. Place the chicken and all the marinade, green beans, and tomatoes on the preheated sheet pan. Place back in the oven for 30 minutes. Take out of the oven and with a spatula scoop chicken and veggies on to your plate and enjoy. Happy Eating!!
