The Workout:
- Bulgarian Squats x8 reps each leg
- Deficit Reverse Lunges x8 reps each leg
- Front foot elevated pulses x15 reps each leg
- Glute bridges x20
Do each exercise with a 30 sec break in-between each exercise/Start with your right leg and stay on your right for the first 3 exercises, after you complete the glute bridges, start the workout over and use only the left leg until you get o the glute bridges. Completing 2 Rounds of all 4 exercises.
