No equipment! No problem!! This entire workout can be done with just body weight/If you happen to have weights incorporate them. Use this video when you’re traveling or don’t have time to get to the gym.

The Workout:

  1. Bulgarian Squats x8 reps each leg
  2. Deficit Reverse Lunges x8 reps each leg
  3. Front foot elevated pulses x15 reps each leg
  4. Glute bridges x20

Do each exercise with a 30 sec break in-between each exercise/Start with your right leg and stay on your right for the first 3 exercises, after you complete the glute bridges, start the workout over and use only the left leg until you get o the glute bridges. Completing 2 Rounds of all 4 exercises.
