
Flat abs and a strong core is what we all want. This workout is short and super effective for your core. Just remember if you can execute 5-8 reps of each exercise with proper form is far better then doing 12 reps of each exercise incorrectly. Quality over quantity.
Breath while you do abs and actually any exercise to help you execute the exercise properly. Aim to do 2-4 AB sessions a week for a stronger core.

The Workout:
3 Rounds of all 4 exercises. There are a lot of reps in this, gang ,so get through as many as you can with proper form.
- Flutter Kicks x25
- Pistol Crunches x20
- Crunches x25
- Heel Reaches x25
Do not feel bad if at first you can only get through 1 round build up your stamina. The name of the game is consistency.
