Quick Upper Body Workout

This workout is incredible because it builds quiet confidence, the kind you carry with you long after the timer stops. It’s efficient, intentional, and powerful, designed to strengthen your upper body while respecting your energy and recovery.

This workout is an AMRAP format that lets you meet your body where it is at today, while still creating enough stimulus to build muscle, boost metabolism, and remind you just how capable you are.
This is training that supports:

Lean, defined strength

Better posture and everyday power

Energy that lasts beyond the workout

Strong doesn’t have to be LOUD!! Sometimes it looks like a smile, steady breath, and the confidence of knowing you showed up and did the work.

The Workout:

  1. Monster Burpee x10
  2. Superman push ups x10
  3. Bosu chest push ups x10
  4. Reverse lunge-to-squat-to-bicep curl x10
  5. Bosu push up x8 each arm

Set your clock for 15 minutes. Start with the first exercise and move down the list of exercises until you get to the last exercise. If your clock is going START OVER!! Do as many Rounds of all 5 exercises as possible.
