As the prestigious Masters Tournament gets under way, golf enthusiasts everywhere are gearing up for a weekend full of camaraderie and competition. Whether you are heading to the course or hosting a viewing party at home, looking the part is essential.

I thought I would challenge myself and see what I could come up with from my own closet. I decided to choose what I would wear if I was attending a day at The Masters.

I’m a big fan of Pebble Beach golf course, as well and I’ve been out there quite a bit. I have many pieces from the pro-shop at Pebble so one of their iconic sweatshirts seemed the perfect place to start with this outfit. This sweatshirt is currently sold out however, I do love the masculine look of the sweatshirt along with the ruffles around the neck to give it just a hint of femininity.

I grabbed an Athleta skort. Athleta skorts are just so versatile, because there are build in shorts under the skirt your mobility is greater than with a regular skirt. It hugs your figure in the right places and flatters your waist.

Now if I were attending the Masters I wouldn’t be wearing golf shoes, but a cute yet slightly hip pair of saucony’s running shoes will not only look cool, but support my legs during all the standing and walking I would do if I were watching the Masters.

I choose a pair of black aviators for my sunglasses. I choose the Aviators from Amazon that were inexpensive so if by chance I lost them it wouldn’t be that difficult to replace.

It is fun to get into the spirit of some events and this event is steeped in tradition and class so there is no better way to honor those two elements then with a classy, traditional and stylish outfit whether you are going to the tournament or watching at home.
