ABS and more ABS Workout

Did you know you reduce the risk of injury when you have a strong core?

Weak abs can strain the back muscles which can lead to back pain and pulled muscles. A strong core will protect your lower back during any exercising and “everyday” physical movements. It also improves your posture which keeps you in alignment which keeps you injury free as well.

The Workout

3 Rounds of each exercise with x25 reps of each exercise.

  • Bicycle press x25
  • Full Sit-Up with Weights x25
  • Pass By’s x25
  • Mason Twist x25
  • Row the Boat x25

There is no need to go up in weight with each round unless you really want to. Take a 30 second break in between each exercise. Take sips of water during the workout if needed. Add this workout on to a cardio session or a weight workout.
