Her shop and online store are an extension of her own closet. Her style, in my opinion, is a frame on a Renoir or rather on YOU.
The clothes are very well made and very simply elegant and chic.
I was drawn to the simplicity of the clothes designs and the way Ann curates her own closet, which is reflective in her stores, and I was hooked. This simple but elegant outfit is just one of many fabulous outfits you can put together with any Ann Mashburn piece or many pieces.
Ann opened her first shop in 2010 which emphasized style and hospitality, not just design. The white jeans I have on are so comfy and the perfect length to hit right above the ankle. The denim linen tunic is flowy but doesn’t make you look like you are wearing a tent and then there is the buckle shoe.
The buckle shoe is a personal favorite of mine. It has a very 1960’s vibe and makes your simple outfit pop. I’m wearing the buckle heel shoe which a riff on Ann’s buckle shoe that is a flat. Each pair is made in Italy.
