Artichoke Pizza Appetizer by Kendall Oberto

A "riff" on the traditional artichoke dip, this is a super easy and super quick appetizer that features just a few ingredients.


  • 1 pre-baked 12-inch pizza crust
  • 1 can (14 ounce) water-packed (marinaded or not marinaded) artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced


  • Pre-heat oven to 450°
    Place crust on an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan or parchment lined sheet pan.
    In a small bowl, combine the artichokes, 3/4 cup of each cheese, mayonnaise and garlic; spread over crust being careful to get the mixture all the way to the edge. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
    Bake at 450° for 15-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
