Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

There are days you want to workout but not use weights. This we refer to in the fitness industry as working on your endurance. You can achieve that by using only your body weight when executing exercises and this workout will use your body weight.

I’ve increased the rounds to 5 and the exercises reps to 15 for each exercise. You can do it.

5 rounds of all 4 exercises

  • Bear Crawl-Shoulder Taps x15
  • Rocket Push-up-Mountain Climbers x15
  • Oblique Side crunch standing x15 each side
  • Military Planks x15

Think of your body moving through water when you do these exercises. That automatically contracts the core and engages the muscles.
