This body weight workout packs a powerful punch. No weights, higher reps and engaging your bigger muscles provides you with a workout that you can do anywhere, anytime.

*Lunge Knee Drive (Right leg and left leg)

*Wide leg squat – front shoulder raise

*Lateral Lunge – Pull Down (Right leg and Left leg)

*Knee Pull-In (Right leg and left leg)

*Curtsy Lunge – Arm Circle (Right leg and Left leg)

*Reverse Lunge – Pull Back (Right leg and Left leg)

Each exercise should be done 1 minute (each leg should be done for 1 minute).
