Not only does this workout tone and strengthen your booty but it helps prevent injury. It also helps your body look sleek and strong.

3 Rounds of all 5 exercises each exercise done for 1 minute

  • DB Curtsy Lunge (1 Minute on the right leg/1 Minute on the left leg)
  • Banded Glute Bridge (1 Minute)
  • Banded Glute Bridge Pulse (1 Minute)
  • Wide Squat Hops (1 Minute)
  • Banded Step Outs (1 Minute)

The glutes are one of the largest muscles groups in the body, they help you walk, run, climb stairs, and lift objects. The stronger they are the more mobility you have to do those movements.
