My Buns & Guns workout is YOUR one stop shop to build your glutes, impressive arms, and strength. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, this workout will leave you feeling strong, toned, and energized.

Tips for Success:

Progressive Overload/Gradually increase weights or reps to challenge your muscles.

Form First/Quality over quantity. Proper form prevents injury and ensures effectiveness.

Consistency is Key/Aim to do this workout 2-3 times a week if possible for optimal results.

Nutrition Matters/Support your gains with a balanced diet rich in protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates

The Workout:

3 Rounds of all 8 exercises. x20 reps of each exercise with a 30-60 secs break in between each exercise.

  1. DB (dumbbell) Squats x20
  2. DB In & Out Squats x20 total
  3. DB (suitcase hold) Front Lunges x20 total
  4. 30 Second Plank Hold
  5. DB Hammer Curls x20 total
  6. Pushups x20
  7. Tricep Kickbacks x20
  8. Plank Rows x20

This workout is a fantastic way to tone both lower and upper body simultaneously. Not only does it boost strength but it also keeps your workouts dynamic and fun. So grab your dumbbells and get ready to rock and roll.
