Don’t Push My Buttons Workout

Workout of the Day

To say this workout is hard is an understatement. Its a doozy and will kick your booty but sometimes you need a butt kicking workout.

5 Rounds of all 6 exercises taking a 60 second break in between each exercise.

Each exercise should be executed for 30 seconds

  • Wall Sit-Bicep Curl (30secs)
  • Push-Ups (30secs)
  • 1 Arm DB Swings (30secs)
  • Diamond Push-Ups (30secs)
  • Reverse Lunge-Bicep Curl-Squat (30secs)
  • Renegade Rows (30secs)
