- Hand Release Push-ups x12
- Chest Press x15
- Reverse grip Rows x15
- Shoulder Press x15
- Front shoulder raise x15
- SL (single leg) Staggered Lunge/Pulse/Bicep hold x20 each side
- Staggered lunge Tricep kickback x15 each side
- Straight arm Tricep press x15
Go up in weight each Round if your form isn’t compromised if it is stay at the weight you use in your last Round. Rest between each rep 30secs to 1:00 minute.
