Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

Are you ready to workout? Let’s do this!! This workout is design to target as much of your body as you can in 5 exercises. 3 rounds of all 5 exercises doing each exercise 20 times. Good luck bring your A-Game.

  • Sumo Squat to Upright Row x20 (use heavy weights)
  • Rear Flys x20 (use medium weights)
  • Curtsy Lunge to Overhead Tricep Press x20 (use medium weights)
  • Suitcase Squat to Reverse Grip Chest Press x20 (use heavy weights)
  • Bear Crawl to Tricep Kickback (use medium to small weights)
