February Full Body Workout

Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

This workout starts with a power move to activate your whole body and get you ready for the rest of the workout.

3 Rounds of all 6 exercises (try going up in weight with each Round). This workout is designed for you to take a break in-between each exercise 10-15 secs.

  • Bear Crawl Burpee x10
  • Push-Ups x20
  • 1 arm Row (each arm) x10
  • Shoulder Press x20
  • Tricep Kick Back x20
  • Bicep Hammer Curl x20
