Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

If you are looking to push your legs a little more than normal this is the workout for YOU. 1 minute intervals for each of the 5 exercises/3 rounds of all 5 exercises.

Go up in weight each round. But do each exercise as if your legs are doing the exercise in water or be very mindful and graceful with each move. Slow Slow Slow movements.

  • Sumo Squat Jack (1 weight in your hands)
  • 2 Reverse Lunge (1 weight in your hands)
  • Weighted Glute bridge
  • Table Top Leg lift (right leg and Left Leg 1 minute each leg)
  • Table Top Pulses (right leg and left leg 1 minute each leg)
