This workout is effective and quick and a great add on to any cardio workout.

3 rounds of all 5 exercises going up in weight if your form isn’t being compromised through out the reps.

  • Overhead Bridges x25
  • Lateral lunge push outs x25
  • Wide Plank Row-Pushups x25
  • Squat-Shoulder Press x25
  • Bicep Curl x25
