The Workout:

This workout hits upper body, lower body, and core. These DB moves use your core and stabilizing muscles. You can tack this workout on to a run or walk before or after.

  1. Renegade Rows x10
  2. DB Swings x10
  3. Arnold Press x10
  4. Split Squat Thrusters x10 (each leg)

4 Rounds with a 60 sec break all 4 exercises.
