Full Body Workout

Here is a full body workout that will challenge you and give you the balance in a workout you need. Time efficiency is a huge priority for most people and this workout provides just that for you.

The exercises are divided into super sets so you do one exercise then go straight to the next exercise then take a rest.

You get muscle development, increased caloric burn, improved functional strength, enhanced cardiovascular health, and greater flexibility and range of motion.

Super Set

*Chest Press x10

*Pull Downs x10 (X3 Rounds)

Super Set

*Skaters x20

*1 arm Shoulder Press x10 (right arm) x10 (left arm) (X3 Rounds)

Super Set

*Glute Bridge x20

*Legs on the ground-Side leg lift/Bent knee lift/Pulse bent knee lift 1 minute each leg

Super Set

*Wide Grip Bicep Curl x10

*1 arm Tricep Kick Back x10 (right arm) x10 (left arm) Super Set

*Bulgarian Squat/Upright Row x10 (right side) x10 (left side)

*Bulgarian Squat Pulse x20 (right side) x20 (left side)
