Great Travel Workout

Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

If you travel a lot and don’t have time to get down to the hotel gym or your hotel gym isn’t your thing, this workout is for you.

Most of our workouts can be done with just your body weight and can be done right in your hotel room.

This workout is a ladder workout designed for ascending reps with each round or set. For example, take a round of push-ups you do 8 in the 1st round, 10 in the second round and 15 in the last round. You end up doing 33 push-ups but by doing less on your first round you max out your time and you physically put more effort in the last round because it feels do-able. After the first round you leave a little in the tank and are able to do more on your next 2 reps.

3 rounds ascending order 8 reps, 10reps, 15reps

  • DB Deadlifts (body weight or heavy weight) 8-10-15
  • Full Sit ups 8-10-15
  • Push-Ups 8-10-15
  • Kicksits 8-10-15
  • Devils Press 8-10-15
