The holiday season is upon us, and with it comes a flurry of parties, gatherings, and celebrations. While it’s tempting to splurge on a new outfit for each event, you can look fabulous without breaking the bank. By creatively combing your expensive and lower cost items, you can craft stylish ensembles that make a statement.

I actually styled this outfit around this fun leopard print dress from Target brand-Future Collective.

Just a simple shift dress that is comfy and true to size. I featured a stunning pair of Stuart Weitzman sparkle gold pumps that’s gold hue was the same as the background of the dress and a darling Tory Burch clutch bag called the Fleming in black. The back of the dress has a top notch that is a single pearl so I added some simple pearl jewelry to the outfit.

I consider a few inexpensive pieces in my wardrobe to be essential as long as they are cut and made well. Pairing those less expensive items with some of my investment pieces helps me get more out of the more expensive items in my closet.
