Killer AB Workout

This fun and challenging ab routine is designed to keep you engaged, and deliver results you’ll love seeing. Because you can do this workout anywhere, it requires no equipment, it can easily fit into your busy schedule keeping you consistent. Consistency is the name of the game. When your abs/core is strong you have better posture, reduced back pain, and be stronger in your day to day life.

A strong set of abs isn’t just about aesthetically looking good, it’s the foundation of a fit, healthy body. This workout targets your core, helping you build that chiseled look and feel more confident in your skin.

The Workout:

2 Rounds of all 6 exercises. Take a 30 second break in-between each exercise. Maintaining proper form throughout each exercise. Keep your core engaged to maximize effectiveness.

  1. 30 sec HOLD-feet in the air
  2. Seated Flutter kicks x20
  3. Knee to elbow x20
  4. Low plank knee drop x20
  5. Seated pull ins x20
  6. 30 sec Crunches
