Leg Day Workout

Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

A quick and compound leg workout for you to do just about anywhere. If you don’t have access to weights you can do this workout with your own body weight just increase the rounds to 5 instead of 3 rounds. Complete all 3 exercises then take break.

  • Suitcase Squat x25
  • Lateral Lunge/Curtsy Lunge x25 each leg (right and left)
  • 1 leg Glute Bridge x25 each leg
