If you don’t have free weight equipment this is the next best thing. This lower body burn workout targets it all glutes, hamstrings, calves, quadriceps and lower back.
- Squat jumps with weights x20
- Reverse lunges x20
- Staggered reverse lunges x20
- Sumo jumps with weights x20
- DB (Heavy weights) Swings x20
3 rounds of all 5 exercises with a 1 minute break in between.
