Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

If you don’t have free weight equipment this is the next best thing. This lower body burn workout targets it all glutes, hamstrings, calves, quadriceps and lower back.

  • Squat jumps with weights x20
  • Reverse lunges x20
  • Staggered reverse lunges x20
  • Sumo jumps with weights x20
  • DB (Heavy weights) Swings x20

3 rounds of all 5 exercises with a 1 minute break in between.
