Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

This workout is difficult but worth it. If you choose not use weights that will make this a bit easier.

Goblet Squats (Heavy weight) x15

Goblet Straddle Squat (Heavy weight) x15

RDL (Russian Deadlift Heavy weight) x15

Reverse Lunges (Heavy weights) x15

Hop Overs (Use a towel) (no weight) x15

Perform 3 rounds of all 5 exercises going up in weight if you feel you can after each round.

Get after it your legs will thank you.
