Ready, set, Blitz!!
15-20 minutes of upper, lower, full body and ABS made for you to hit your major muscles and get on with your life. A quick 4-5 minute warm up will give you the mobility you need to get through these workouts with better ease and strength.

The Workout:
2 Rounds of all 5 exercises done with a reasonable beginning weight in Round 1 then moving up in weight in Round 2.
- Bosu Ball Push-ups x15
- Chest Press x15
- Sumo Deadlifts x15
- Sumo Squat-Hammer Bicep Curl x15
- Sumo Pulse-Hammer Curl HOLD x30 (count to 30=30 seconds)
Generally, on a chest press or a bicep curl your body can handle bigger weights. Always move up in weight incrementally, meaning if your first Round you used 8lbs for your chest press you would then move up to 10lbs not to 20 lbs. Be reasonable and smart about your workouts.
