Combining a creamy, sweet fudge with one of America's favorite cookies, Oreos, results in a fantastic fudge! It is a super addition to your Holiday dessert repertoire.
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 25 Oreos crushed
Prepare a 8×8 pan by lining it with aluminum foil. Some fudge recipes suggest lining the pan with parchment paper. Parchment paper does not stay tucked into the corners so I use foil.
Mix the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salt into a sauce pan over medium heat. Stirring occasionally until most of the chips are melted. Remove from the heat.
Stir in vanilla. Then stir in about half of the crushed Oreos.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth out the fudge with a spatula. Sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos on the top of the fudge.
Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.HAPPY EATING!!
