Oreo Fudge a Cindy Pascale Recipe

Oreo Fudge

Combining a creamy, sweet fudge with one of America's favorite cookies, Oreos, results in a fantastic fudge! It is a super addition to your Holiday dessert repertoire.


  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 25 Oreos crushed


  • Prepare a 8×8 pan by lining it with aluminum foil. Some fudge recipes suggest lining the pan with parchment paper. Parchment paper does not stay tucked into the corners so I use foil.
  • Mix the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salt into a sauce pan over medium heat. Stirring occasionally until most of the chips are melted. Remove from the heat.
  • Stir in vanilla. Then stir in about half of the crushed Oreos.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth out the fudge with a spatula. Sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos on the top of the fudge.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
