Many things will help this from happening but one you can do everyday is jump training. Just 5-10 jump squats will help prevent bone loss. The multidirectional force on the bone signals to the brain that the bones need to re-build and your bones will slowly start building more bone!! How incredible is the body?

The Workout:
You are going to try your very best to get through 3 Rounds of this workout. Doing a couple of super sets and some giant sets which is creating an efficient workout and a metabolically sound workout.
- Chest Press x10
- Plank Rows x10
- Bake in ABS/ Reverse Heels to the Heavens x25
Super set those exercises by not taking break in between the two exercises and resting after the plank rows.
- Suitcase hold/Staggered stance lunge dips x10 (right leg) then PULSE x20 in the same postion
- Sumo Deadlifts x10
- Kickstand Squats x10 (right leg) x10 (left leg)
- Bake in ABS/ Runner arms sit on the ground move nothing but your arms x20
Execute the staggered stance lunge on each leg and the pulses on each leg then do the Sumo Deadlifts and the ABS.
- Tricep Dips off a bench or chair x10
- Alternating Hammer Bicep Curls x10
- Oblique Crunches (legs turned left) x20/Pulse x20-(legs turned right) x20/Pulse x20
If you start this workout and you can only get through 1 Round Great!! Work up to 2 Rounds then 3 Rounds.
