Quick Barre Leg Workout

Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

This workout is an excellent cardio finisher and toning workout. All you need is chair or barre or back of a couch.

  • Second position step out to curtsy step out x20
  • Second position pulses x20
  • Holding the barre Second position pulses x20
  • Forth position arabesque leg lift x20 (right and left leg)
  • Forth position arabesque leg pulse (right and left leg) x20
  • Forth position arabesque bent knee leg lift (right and left leg) x20
  • Forth position arabesque bent knee leg pulses (right and left leg) x20
  • Parallel leg pulse holding barre x20
  • Parallel leg pulse heels raise x20
  • Parallel leg hold (count to 20)

Repeat all movements 2 times
