Workout of the Day (#WOTD)
If you are looking to add a quick leg toning workout onto after your cardio workout here you go!!
3-4 rounds of all 4 exercises. Start your RDL’s (Russian Deadlift) with heavy weight, no weights for the jump squats, heavy weight for the double arm swings and heavy weight for the glute bridge.
