Salted Caramel Fudge a Cindy Pascale Recipe

The name of the fudge says it all! Caramel with a little bit of salt is the perfect blend for a sweet treat!


  • 14 oz caramels
  • 21 oz white chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 1/4 tsp sea salt plus additional salt sprinkled on top. I use Himalayan Pink Salt


  • Prepare 8 X 8 inch pan by lining it with aluminum foil.
    Place the caramel, white chocolate chips, butter and salt in a microwave safe
    Microwave in 1 minute increments, stirring vigorously in between until the mixture
    is totally smooth. About 3-6 minutes. Do not over heat/over cook. If it is
    overdone, the ingredients separate.
