Shoulders and Back Workout

Using Dumbbells and Body weight only.

*DB Pull downs both arms x10 (make sure you arch your back slightly on the pull down and stretch your back out on the reach up)

*Single Arm Pull Down (both arms x10)

*Upright Row x10

*Wide Arm Push-Up x10

3 rounds of all 4 exercises seems easy but it’s challenging.
