Workout of the Day

Rockin’ hard ABS don’t just happen. This summer AB workout will help get you closer to having those rocking’ hard ABS. Go slow and focus on form.

4 Rounds of all 4 exercises taking a 20-30 second break in-between each exercise.

  • Full sit-up x25
  • Side plank hold (30 seconds)
  • Hollow Hold (30 seconds)
  • Bear crawl pull-through x25

This workout looks easy but the slow moving nature of the movements make this so much more difficult, so be patient and breathe.
