This super set upper body workout is phenomenal to add to any cardio workout or add it to a chest/ back day or even a bonus to a leg day workout. Super setting is performing 2 exercises back to back, followed by a short rest.

  • *Shoulder tap-push-up x10
  • *Arnold Press x10
  • rest
  • *Hammer Curl x10
  • *Bicep Curl x10
  • rest
  • *Skull Crusher x10
  • *Tricep kickback x10
  • Repeat 3 rounds of all 3 super sets
