The Marrakech Kaftan

When I started this website I made a vow I wouldn’t post or sponsor anything I didn’t use myself or love. The rest of the HOB Crew feels the same way.

I curate outfits I truly adore that are all in different price ranges so there is a wide variety for you to pick from and shop. I link the items below each post so if something catches your eye you can go to it, at the bottom of the page and shop.

This kaftan is from the brand Sue Sartor. She started working in fashion for Calvin Klein in the 90’s but always wanted to create her own luxury brand that incorporated tunics, dresses, and kaftans made from sustainable textiles that had custom embroideries. The clothes are inspired by the flora and fauna of a botanical garden but have a swirl of the western flare baked into the looks.

Kaftans used to be the official dress of the retired grandmother BUT no more!! This kaftan has some shape to it which then doesn’t completely over power my body with fabric.

The fabric and pattern are one-of-a-kind and very unique.

Let’s be honest, how easy is it to style a dress like this? Throw it on, grab earrings, shoes, your purse, and you are out the door. Stylish, understated sexy, and no fuss to wear-this is my kind of outfit.

I paired this dress with earrings from Target, and gorgeous shoes from Sarah Flint (the perfect pump in black suede). I’ve linked all the items below and if you don’t have time now to look come back and go to our HOB store at the top right of our site, all items in our posts from cooking equipment to dumbbells and dresses are in our store.

HAPPY SHOPPING!!
