Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

This Giant Set workout is designed to exhaust your upper body. NO BREAKS in between each exercise. Once you’re done with all 5 exercises then take a break, get water, and start again. Going up in weight with each Round. Try for 4 Rounds (if you can’t get through 4 Rounds at least get in 3 Rounds).

4 Rounds (if you can only do 3 Rounds do that) of all 5 exercises going up in weight each Round.

  • Step Out Push-Up x10 (each arm)
  • Seated Shoulder Press x15 (start with low weights)
  • Plank/Renegade Rows/Jacks x10
  • Tricep Kick back 3×3 x10 (each side)
  • Pull Overs x10
