Upper Body Slam

Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

This Upper Body workout is a great quick workout to do before or after any cardio workout (run, walk or bike). Performing all 4 exercises back to back without a break in between is called a Giant set.

Squat to Knee Drive x20

Row 4 times~Bicep Curl 4 times x10

Skull Crushers x10

Standing Overhead Tricep Extensions x10

Repeat all 4 exercises without taking a break in between after the last exercise take a 30 second to 1 minute break then repeat all 4 exercises again for another round. Perform 3 rounds of all 4 exercises.
