Workout of the Day (#WOTD)

This Upper Body workout is designed for you to do anywhere you can use dumbbells or whatever you have available.

3 rounds of all 5 exercises increasing weights each round. 10 reps for each exercise.

  • Single arm row x10
  • Rows x10
  • Single arm bicep curl x10
  • Bicep curl x10
  • Chest press x10
